Our Story
Three women. One vision.
In 2013, three strong, determined women opened Creole Fusion with a clear purpose: bring authentic Haitian flavor to Queens Village and treat every guest like family. From the daily griot to the Sunday traditional dinner — every recipe carries the heart of Haiti.
Today, we're a neighborhood institution. Customers who came in for lunch 12 years ago now bring their kids. We cater communions, weddings, and Sunday dinners across the city. And we're still cooking the way our mothers taught us.
